1. Amendment Notes
Students shall have to download the Amendment Notes from the Google Drive Link provided to them in the e-mail sent to them by us. We send the Google Drive Link within 2 working days of receipt of the Order. In no case, any printed book / material shall be delivered to the students.
2. Contents of the Package
(i) Amendment Lectures (To be downloaded using Google Drive Link)
(ii) Amendment Notes (To be downloaded using Google Drive Link)
3. Price of the Package: Rs. 118/- (Including GST).
4. Details about the Amendment Lectures
(a) The total duration of the Amendment Lectures shall be 12 hours (approx.).
(b) All the Amendment Lectures have been uploaded on the Google Drive.
(c) The total size of all the files of the Amendment Lectures shall be 1.4 GB (approx.).
(d) These Amendment Lectures are suitable for –
(i) students who have taken
Video Lectures (Applicable for May 2020 Exams) by CA CS Munish Bhandari Sir;
(ii) students who have taken
Video Lectures (Applicable for November 2019 Exams) by CA CS Munish Bhandari
Sir, and have watched Amendment Lectures for May 2020 Exams.
(e) Students who have taken Video Lectures (Applicable for November 2020 Exams) by CA CS Munish Bhandari Sir, are not required to take these Amendment Lectures since all the amendments applicable for November 2020 Exams have already been included in the Lectures provided to them.
(f) If any student has not taken any Video Lectures by CA CS Munish Bhandari Sir, he may also take these Amendment Lectures. However, such student should note that the complete concepts have not been discussed in these Amendment Lectures; only amendments applicable for November 2020 Exams have been discussed.
(g) The Amendment Notes and
Amendment Lectures contain such amendments as have been made applicable by ICAI
for November 2020 Exams (as per the 'Revision Test Paper' issued by ICAI for November 2020 Exams), but were not applicable for May 2020 Exams. It is
hereby clarified that these Amendment Notes and Amendment Lectures do not
contain such amendments as have already been taught by CA CS Munish Bhandari
Sir in the Video Lectures meant for November 2019 Exams and / or May 2020
Exams.
5. Teaching Methodology
All the amendments applicable for November 2020 Exams have been discussed in detail in these Amendment Lectures.
6. Language
(a) The faculty has used a mix of ‘Hindi’ and ‘English’ in conducting these Amendment Lectures.
(b) ‘Hindi’ has been used as the primary language for the purpose of explanations, and ‘English’ has been used to refer to the terms used in the Syllabus.
(c) The Amendment Notes have been prepared only in ‘English’.
7. Watchable time of lectures
(a) A student shall get 2 views for each Amendment Lecture, i.e. if an Amendment Lecture is of a duration of 100 minutes, the student can watch it for 200 minutes.
(b) If an Amendment Lecture of 10 minutes is watched at a speed of 1.2 (thus consuming 8 minutes only), the software would count the time watched as 10 minutes, and not 8 minutes.
(c) If an Amendment Lecture of 100 minutes is watched for 20 minutes and is kept paused for 10 minutes, the software would count the time watched as 20 minutes only.
8. Validity of Amendment Lectures
(a) The Amendment Lectures shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of activation of software, whether the total watchable time (i.e. 2 views for each lecture) has been utilised by the student or not.
(b) Once Serial Key for activation of software is sent by us to a student, such Serial Key must be used to activate the software within next 30 days.
(c) THE VALIDITY OF THE AMENDMENT LECTURES SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
9. System requirements
(a) The Amendment Lectures can be watched on laptop only.
(b) The laptop should meet the following minimum system requirements:
Supported Operating Systems: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 or above, Windows 8, 8.1, Windows 10.
Operating Systems not compatible with the Software: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Basic, Windows 7 N Edition, Windows 7 KN Edition.
Processor: Core 2 Duo 1.5 GHz and above, Celeron Dual Core 1.5 GHZ and above, Intel Atom Quad Core 1.5 GHZ and above.
RAM: 1.5 GB or more.
(c) It is not possible to watch the Amendment Lectures on desktop, mobile phone, Ipad, television, projector or any other gadget or any external display.
10. Requirement of internet
(a) Initially, at the time of activation of software, internet connection shall be required (for 2 to 5 minutes).
(b) After every 15 days, internet connection shall be required (for about 1 minute) so that the software installed in the laptop communicates with the server, otherwise the software won't work and the student won't be able to watch the lectures.
(c) For downloading the Amendment Lectures from Google Drive, internet shall be required.
11. Technical details
(a) A student may watch any Amendment Lecture (or any part of the Amendment Lecture) at any of the following playing speeds: 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8.
(b) Once the software to run the lectures is installed on a particular laptop, the Amendment Lectures can be watched on such laptop only.
(c) If 2 or more operating systems have been loaded on the laptop, the software cannot be installed.
(d) The software cannot be installed if the user logins as a Guest, i.e. the user must be ‘Administrator’ so that the software can be installed.
(e) Once the software to run the lectures is installed on a particular laptop, the students are advised not to update the operating system (viz. ‘Windows’), otherwise the software may not work.
(f) No external display (like monitor or television) can be connected to the laptop at the time of viewing the Amendment Lectures (whether by way of VGA cable or HDMI cable or otherwise).
(g) No screen recording software can be used to record the screen.
(h) No remote access tools or screen sharing software (like Anydesk, Teamviewer, Ultraviewer, etc.) can be used.
(i) Setting up the software (for watching the Amendment Lectures) is very simple and a student can install the software on his own (which would generally take less than 5 minutes). Demo Video for installing the software and Troubleshooting videos are contained in the folder ‘How to Play Videos’. Watching these videos shall prove to be helpful in installing the software. 12. Miscellaneous
(a) Fees once paid is non-refundable.
(b) The Amendment Lectures are the intellectual property of Bestword Publications Pvt. Ltd., and copying these Amendment Lectures by any means shall result in criminal prosecution and civil claim for damages.
(c) In case of any indiscipline by any student or other act which is considered as unreasonable by Bestword Publications Pvt. Ltd., the Software installed in the laptop of such student shall be deactivated.
(d) By placing the order, you agree to the terms and conditions which are subject to change by Bestword Publications Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion and without requiring any intimation of the same, to you.
